St Joseph Catholic School provides an environment of achieving academic excellence with a balanced Curriculum, in serving students from TK through 8th grade. St. Joseph Catholic School fosters critical thinking and competency in all academic arenas.

It is the school's goal to meet the individual needs of each student through a variety of learning experiences. We focus on the needs of the whole child as a valued and unique member of God's family. Our dedicated staff helps students reach for their highest potential, with a commitment to advanced learning practices.

Throughout our Curriculum, we incorporate the values, beliefs and tenets of our Catholic faith. On a daily basis, our exceptional staff delivers learning experiences that are shaped by the individual students' learning as well as the demands of a contemporary and reasonably flexible curriculum.

This approach reflects the hands-on research of our school's educational leaders, with special attention that is given to the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento Religious Education Standards, and our accreditation process through the Western Catholic Educational Association and by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and the California Common Core State Standards.

In the school year of 2018/19 our St. Joseph Catholic School underwent its 6th re-accreditation by the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA) and by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). St. Joseph Catholic School successfully received another full six year term through 2025.

St. Joseph Catholic School is fully accredited through Western Catholic Educational Association and by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. St. Joseph Catholic School continues to meet and exceed the California Common Core State Standards.
