For over 80 years, and building upon the charisma of the Sisters of Mercy who first staffed the school, we have served God’s people in the Catholic Community of our two parishes, St. Teresa of Avila and St. Joseph, Auburn, California. Our school was established in 1943 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in downtown Auburn. In 1980, needing to expand the school, a new campus was built at the current location on Atwood Road. St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church was established on the same Atwood site in 1994.
